Bella Band by Ingrid & Isabel MaternityNurture Center note: The Bella Band is great for postpartum as well. The band helps keep up your maternity pants and allows you to get into your pre-pregnancy pants sooner. And if you are nursing and lifting up your top - the band covers that postpartum belly! See color swatches below. New! Lace Bella Bands are made of the same high-quality knit blend with an added touch of stretchy lace around the bottom seam in the same color as the Bella Band, adding a touch of femininity should it peak out from under a top. Newly pregnant? Pre-pregnancy pants won't fasten around your waist? Cute maternity fashions a bit big right now? Or maybe you're further along, but some of those maternity styles are falling down around your hips. The Bella Band is a simple, but ingenious invention -- a seamless knit band you wear at your waistline, over your unbuttoned pre-pregnancy pants, over slightly big maternity pants, or around the waistband of any maternity style that falls down around your hips. The Bella Band holds your pants up, disguising bulky unfastened closures or excessive fabric creating a smooth belly surface. Now, no one has to know your pants are undone or loose. Wear the Bella Band concealed, or let it peek out from under your top for that hip, layered look. If your top rises, it looks like a t-shirt or camisole -- not a funky mechanism to expand your waistband or hold up your pants. Wear your non-pregnant girl pants a little longer and those cute maternity fashions a little sooner. Have more clothes to choose from during your pregnancy, enjoy getting dressed every day, and feel confident with how you look. You're pregnant! Have fun! Now go out and play. Fabric is 84% Nylon/16% Spandex A note about sizing. The Bella Band should fit comfortably snug around your growing waistline and hips so it can effectively hold your pants up, disguise unfastened jeans, skirts and shorts, and create a smooth belly surface. One size should last throughout your pregnancy and after baby. If your pre-pregnancy size borders Bella Band sizes think about how you like your pants to fit. Size up if you think a snug fit will bother you. Stay true to size if you want that extra support that a snug fit offers. The Bella Band, while snug, should always be comfortable. If it's too snug and uncomfortable, try a size up. We want you comfy and happy, not miserable because it's tight AND you can't find anything to wear! Women with multiples often say they feel more comfortable wearing a Bella Band than wearing nothing at all! The support alone can be a relief. If you're pregnant with more than one baby, you will experience a drastic increase in size, but you'll start out just like everyone else... unable to button your pants! At first, try a Bella Band that's appropriate for your pre-pregnancy size. This may last you throughout your pregnancy. If it ever becomes too tight, consider buying an additional band one size larger for mid and late pregnancy. If you decide to size up immediately due to your size early in pregnancy, just make sure it will perform for you in the beginning. Please choose your size carefully - we do not accept returns on bella bands without retail packaging for hygienic reasons. Send Page to a Friend |
