Dutailier Special-Order Policy

Ground shipping is free on all Dutailier Gliders and Ottomans within the continental United States. Please enter coupon code "dutailier" during the checkout process to receive free shipping. Express (Air) shipping is not available on gliders and ottomans. The free shipping offer for Dutailier Gliders and Ottomans is not available for items purchased through Ewish.com or Felicite.com's gift registry service. Please also be aware that your credit card will be charged when the order is placed.

The shipping cost for replacement cushions is $19. Choose shipping method "Ground - Dutailier Cushions Only". We cannot ship gliders or cushions outside of the continental United States.

Please note: Dutailier gliders and ottomans are custom-order merchandise, and are not returnable. Claims for defect or damage in transit will be remedied by providing a replacement product as quickly as possible, but we cannot accept returns on Dutailier furniture for any other reason. Please choose your fabric carefully, as it may appear different on your monitor.

We recommend requesting swatches of fabrics you are considering before you place your order by submitting your request us on our contact page. Please include your mailing address. Or call us at 1-888-998-2229, x301 between 9:00am and 5:30pm Pacific Time. We provide up to five swatches for free, and an additional five for five dollars.
