Dutailier Ottoman Model If you do not know the model number, please indicate if you would like the matching ottoman, the universal ottoman, or if you would like the double-function nursing ottoman (with a slide-out footrest for nursing).
Replacement Cushions for Glider Model For the model number of your glider, check underneath the seat cushion. What we need is a "product number" or may be a part of a longer "serial number." If in doubt, include all the numbers underneath the glider cushion and we will figure out the model number for you.
Replacement Cushion for Ottoman Model For the model number of your ottoman, check underneath the ottoman cushion. Please provide the "product number" or "serial number," so that we can order you a cushion that will fit your ottoman.
