Mother Love More Milk Plus Vegetarian Capsules. 60 or 120 capsules per bottle (fenugreek seed, blessed thistle, nettle leaf, fennel seed)

The popular More Milk Plus formula is now a liquid alcohol-free concentrate in vegetarian capsules. Recommended dosage is 1 capsule 4 times a day. If no increase is seen in 48 hours, take 2 capsules 3 times a day. When milk supply increases, decrease number of doses to need.
