These Indian cotton prefolds 4x8x4 diaper-service quality diapers are made from the highest quality twill weave which is a little heavier and more absorbent and durable than gauze used in 'Chinese' prefolds. These prefolds are perfect for cloth diapering with a diaper wrap, as a doubler for night use with an all-in-one diaper or for use as a burp cloth, lap pad or changing table pad.

Infant diapers measure 12' x 16', and premium (full-size) diapers measure 14.5' x 21'. Prefolds will shrink approximately 1' when washed.

These diapers also work great as inserts for Fuzzi Bunz or other pocket diapers, or as doublers for nighttime use with a fitted diaper.

Unbleached prefold cloth diapers must be washed at least 2-3 times after you receive them before they become absorbent. We recommend washing the diapers in hot sudsy water and drying them on high heat and repeating as many times as necessary for the diapers to become absorbant.

You can test the absorbency by making a pocket of the diaper and slowly pouring 1/2 cup of liquid into the diaper. If the pools and does not soak in fairly quickly, keep washing.
