Dutailier gliders and ottomans are replaceable only if due to manufacturer defect or damage in transit. Customer must receive prior authorization from The Nurture Center for returned merchandise, and will receive UPS call tags to return the product at the manufacturer's expense. Defective or damaged items must be returned to the manufacturer before a replacement can be shipped. Strollers, car seats, and Arm's Reach co-sleepers will incur a 20% restocking fee if returned. These items must be in saleable condition and returned in its original carton with all the packing materials, manuals and registration cards and warranty cards. Updated Return Instructions *Note: We now require a Return Authorization for all returned merchandise. All allowable returns require a return authorization, which may be requested within 30 days of purchase. Items returned without a Return Authorization (RA) number noted on the outside of the package will be refused delivery. To receive an RA number, call our Returns Department at 1-888-998-2229, x302 between 9 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. PST, and we will be happy to assist you. Returned items must be received in brand new (sellable) condition in the intact original packaging for a refund of the product cost. Please note that items sold with free shipping will be refunded the product cost less our shipping expense. The customer is responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs, with the exception of defective or damaged merchandise. We recommend shipping returns with delivery confirmation for your protection. If you refuse delivery of your order when it is received, there will be a $5 charge for merchandise re-stocking. This charge is waived if delivery refusal is due to an error on the part of The Nurture Center. Shipping Cost and Policies You may select your shipping option during order checkout. The Nurture Center offers Ground and Air services, as well as Priority Mail. Most orders ship within one business day (check the item availability info for exceptions to this rule). Orders shipping by U.S. mail may take an additional day. Please check your email/voicemail regularly to receive notice of any out-of-stock items that may be delayed. Please note that we cannot give credit for shipping costs on U.S.P.S. packages delayed in transit, or UPS packages that are delayed in transit due to weather conditions. The Nurture Center ships orders Monday thru Friday (except for recognized holidays). Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will not ship until the following Monday (or next regularily scheduled business day). Shipping costs are calculated real-time based on shipping method, weight, and distance. To see the actual shipping cost, press the "Add to Cart" button for the items you would like to order. Note: air shipping charges (including Next Day, 2nd Day Air and 3Day Select) for oversized products, such as furniture or car seats, may not calculate correctly online. Ground The Nurture Center ships by UPS, Fedex or DHL Ground. We ship most items from Northern California (zip code 94549) - see the map below for UPS ground transit times to your location (note that Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays are not considered transit days). ![]() 3 Day Select UPS 3 Day Select (Fedex Express Saver) is a good selection if you are ordering from the East Coast, as Ground delivery can take up to 5-7 business days. 2nd Day and Next Day Air You have the option to specify Next Day or 2nd Day shipping when you place your order, with the exception of Dutailier furniture, which can only ship UPS Ground. Next Day Air with Saturday delivery is also available. If you order is placed after 12 PM PST Thursday or on Friday, and you would like Saturday delivery, please enter "Saturday Delivery" in the Comments section. There is an additional charge for Saturday delivery, which will be added to your shipping charges after your order is placed. Please call us at 1-888-998-BABY if you would like to confirm this cost before shipping. Priority/First Class U.S. Mail Priority Mail shipping is appropriate for P.O. Boxes, APO addresses, and packages under 4 pounds. If your package does not meet this criteria, your shipping method may be changed to Ground and you will receive a revised order confirmation. Packages under 13 ounces with the Priority Mail shipping option selected will ship First Class Mail. Since our mail pickup is in the morning, Priority/First Class Mail orders may take an additional day to ship. Shipping Policies for Dutailier Furniture All Dutailier Furniture must ship Ground. We cannot ship Dutailier Furniture outside of the Continental US, (including military mail addresses) but we are often able to ship replacement cushions. Because Dutailier furniture and cushions are special order items, your credit card will be charged when you place your order. International Orders The Nurture Center does not ship outside of the United States, except orders shipping to military mail addresses. Without exception, international credit card payments will not be accepted. Military Mail The Nurture Center is happy to ship packages via U.S. Priority Mail to military addresses. All such packages require customs paperwork and delivery to the Post Office, so an additional $5 handling charge applies. Gift Wrap: Most items can be gift wrapped (except large items such as Dutailier gliders and co-sleepers). The Nurture Center wraps items in high-quality gift paper with a garden creatures theme and packages are tied with a tulle ribbon. Your gift message will appear on the packing list included with your gift, and no pricing will appear on the products or the packing list.
