Lactina Piston for use with a Lactina breast pump or to convert a Medela breast shield assembly to a manual pump. Includes Piston with Rubber Seal (part 8000651) and White Cylinder with Vacuum Regulator Ring (part # 8000650).

You can also add the Pump connector (see inset picture).
